Unmatched Support
I have worked with the guys at MD Tooling for several years on both existing and new applications. They give me support like no one else. And, like me, they think outside the box. It doesn't matter if it is qualifying a tool for a job, or even looking at cutting requirements, they make sure I have what I need to get a job done. Their support does not stop at the customer service level. They support their tool holders without reservation. If there is any type of issue with a warranty tool holder, they replace it, even if dropped from a sky scraper. I guess the best way I can put it is, I can get tool holders from lots of suppliers, but I can't get the support that I get from MD.

“We started to use two of the MD brand 12,000 rpm axial driven tool holders on our Mori-Seiki NL2500SY lathe about 6 months ago. I am sending this message to tell you how pleased we are with these two units. To start with, it had been very difficult for us to find a 2:1 ratio driven tool, so I was ecstatic when you offered these units. Additionally these driven tool holders could be mounted to face either the main spindle or the sub spindle. “Was introduced at the IMTS show to a tooling company called MD Tooling. Great tooling (live and static) for the BMT turrets. Best 1.5" holder we have used. Real nice quad holders for 3/4" diameter tools and 1" turning tools. They also have the greatest cutoff tool holder we have found. “
